Rick’s involvement in construction and real estate dates back to his early teens when he worked for his father’s home building company as a general site laborer. Since then, Rick has worked in the residential mortgage industry and he has been a licensed real estate agent in Arizona and Utah, financial controller for Arizona-based Trend Homes, custom home builder, and an Arizona-licensed general contractor.
